Finsbury Pavement in Rain
Three men walk up the wet street in step, dressed for an office and a downpour. A dragon guards the corner, red cross on its shield. Two women in hoods drag a red suitcase past the Finsbury Pavement sign, one holding her hood with her hand as if it might fly away. Under two umbrellas, one floral and one white, two young women walk towards me, one with her hands pressed together as if she is cold.
