Tower Hill Tram
An old tram has been turned into an ice cream and hot dog stand, and a boy in a green hoodie waits with his family for his order. A man sits on the pavement among his blankets and bags, a sign behind him thanking people for their kindness. Another person sits wrapped in a grey blanket under a mural of walking legs. A red rack offers free newspapers, a yellow cleaning cart waits by the wall, and a white stone in the ground says W.D. No 21.
