Image 4 of the Istanbul Revisit series is on the way to Ordu Cadesi just off the tram stop Aksary. Istanbul28Y04 Aksaray. We are half under the bridge and the tram stop is on the left where you see people walking to and from. The yellow/white of the 1996 bridge is replaced by a lighter shade yellow and green. In 1996 this was more parking lot than a square. Next to the bridge we also see the top of the building that is as it was 28 years ago. In the distance we even see the roof matching one of the buildings further down the street. The scale here is a bit off as the cars of the old picture are not in scale to the people of 2024. This is clearly visible in the red and blue cars in the front.
