The Mythology Series reflects on global mythologies, legends and folklore. The usage of the primary and secondary colours is linked to the stories the individual pieces are related to. The iconography, the images from the stories, were used to create the backgrounds, some quite direct as in the red hand where I imprinted my own hand into the paint, others more abstract.
